Court records indicate that McFadden had a criminal history and was scheduled to attend a jury trial on Monday in Muskogee County District Court. The charges against him included one count of soliciting sexual conduct with a minor through the use of technology and one count of possession of child pornography. However, McFadden failed to appear in court, leading the judge to issue a bench warrant for his arrest.
McFadden’s records also reveal that he was accused of committing these crimes while he was serving a 20-year sentence for first-degree rape, for which he had been convicted in 2004.

Jesse McFadden’s May 2023 Incident
According to Gerald Davidson, a spokesman for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the bodies of Jesse McFadden, Ivy Webster, and Brittany Brewer were discovered on Monday during a search operation near the town of Henryetta, which is located approximately 90 miles (145 kilometers) east of Oklahoma City.
This incident is not the only case of bodies being found in the area. In a separate case in Okmulgee County, four men were discovered dead on October 14th in the Deep Fork River in Okmulgee, a town of around 11,000 people situated about 40 miles (65 kilometers) south of Tulsa. Joseph Kennedy, aged 68, is currently facing four counts of first-degree murder in relation to this case.
